Is my medical information safe?

Yes. Your text is never stored on our servers and no account is required. When privacy mode is on (default), identifying details such as NHS numbers, postcodes, phone numbers, emails, dates, and names are automatically removed on your device before the text is sent for simplification. You can preview exactly what is sent before processing.

PDFs (up to 20 MB), Word documents (DOCX, up to 10 MB), images (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, up to 10 MB), and audio recordings (MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, OGG, up to 10 MB / about 12 minutes). Audio is transcribed automatically, then simplified.
